Project: Steering the Circular Economy through the Water-Energy-Food Nexus in West Africa – Phase 1: Scoping Exercise to Establish the Baseline
The ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) became fully operational in 2010 with financial support from the ECOWAS Commission and technical and financial partners such as the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), and technical assistance from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
Since its establishment, the Centre has significantly expanded its network of partners, now comprising over twenty organizations active in financing, development, and technical assistance. Under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between CEREEC and ADA, the project entitled “Steering the Circular Economy through the Water-Energy-Food Nexus in West Africa – Phase 1” is being implemented in four ECOWAS member countries: Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, and Togo.
In this context, CEREEC hereby issues this call for tender to recruit a national audit firm to carry out audit services for the project, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
