Mr. Leis García praised ECREEE’s impact and reaffirmed AECID’s commitment to West Africa. “ECREEE and ECOWAS Commission are strategic partners. We are proud of the results and always ready to collaborate with specialized agencies that deliver concrete impact on the ground,” he said. This visit, which coincides with the 15th anniversary of ECREEE, reaffirmed the strong and enduring relationship between ECREEE and AECID, built on shared values and a joint commitment to advancing the ECOWAS regional sustainable energy agenda.
