Appui à l’ARE et l’ABERME pour la sélection d’opérateurs pour l’exploitation de quatre-vingt mini-réseaux photovoltaïques au Bénin – Phase 1

L’ex Agence nationale pour le développement des énergies renouvelables (ANADER) du Bénin en qualité d’agence de mise en œuvre de deux  programme gouvernementaux que sont le Programme régional de développement des énergies renouvelables et d'efficacité énergétique (PRODERE) et le Projet de valorisation de l'énergie solaire (PROVES) a électrifié quatre-vingt localités rurales par des mini-réseaux photovoltaïques avec des capacités de production qui varient entre 15 et 75 kWc.

Le Centre pour les Énergies Renouvelables et l’Efficacité Énergétique de la CEDEAO (ECREEE) en partenariat avec la firme ECONOLER du Québec au Canada, mettent en œuvre le projet d’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur industriel (PEEI) dans les pays francophones de la Communauté Economique des Etats de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (CEDEAO), dont le Bénin, le Burkina Faso, la Côte d’Ivoire, la Guinée, le Mali, le Niger, le Sénégal et le Togo. Ce projet est réalisé grâce au financement du gouvernement du Québec.

Feasibility Study on Business Opportunities for Women in a Changing Energy Value Chain in West Africa

The ECOWAS Centre for Regional Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) has received a Grant of USD 1,000,000 from African Development Bank through the NEPAD –Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility Special Fund (NEPAD-IPPF Special Fund), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract to finance the ‘Feasibility study on business opportunities for women in a changing energy value chain in West Africa’.

Development of implementation frameworks for private investment in the off-grid electrification of public institutions and to promote productive uses of electricity from standalone solar systems in Niger and Nigeria

The ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (“ECREEE”) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the preparation of proposed Regional Off-Grid Electrification Project in West Africa and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

Technical Assistance for refining 19 renewable energy project proposals

The ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) has received from the World Bank, a financing for the preparation of a proposed Regional Off-Grid Electrification Project, in West Africa and in some Sahel Countries. ECREEE therefore, intends to use consulting services, for part of the proceeds.
