Consultancy Services to prepare a Solar Energy Policy Framework for Africa

The African Union Commission (AUC) would like to engage the services of a Consulting firm to prepare a Solar Energy Policy Framework for Africa. The AUC invites interested and eligible bidders to submit technical and financial proposals for the assignment as per the Terms of Reference (TOR). A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection Method procedures. L’ex Agence nationale pour le développement des énergies renouvelables (ANADER) du Bénin en qualité d’agence de mise en œuvre de deux programme gouvernementaux que sont le Programme régional de développement des énergies renouvelables et d'efficacité énergétique (PRODERE) et le Projet de valorisation de l'énergie solaire (PROVES) a électrifié quatre-vingt localités rurales par des mini-réseaux photovoltaïques avec des capacités de production qui varient entre 15 et 75 kWc.

Ce projet est réalisé grâce au financement du gouvernement du Québec.
