A delegation from ECREEE led by its Executive Director has carried out a series of exchanges with different sustainable energy stakeholders in Cotonou, Benin, from February 1st to 3rd 2023.
The meetings included exchanges with the Interprofessional Association of Renewable Energy Professionals of Benin (AISER-Benin), the Polytechnic School of Abomey Calavi (EPAC) as well as the Ministry of Energy with its branches and its attached structures. A courtesy visit was made to the Minister of Energy represented by his Director of Cabinet.
These exchanges allowed to share the ECREE Strategic Plan 2023-2027 with the different sustainable energy stakeholders and to define the course of action for the reinforcement of its intervention in Benin aiming at the improvement of access to sustainable energy for all in the West African region in general and Benin in particular.
