The Dakar meeting will validate the regional monitoring report for Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Energy Access in the ECOWAS region.

The objective of the meeting is to discuss and validate the draft regional progress report for 2019 and 2020, within the context of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Monitoring and Reporting Framework.
